Facebook has become much more than just a social network, as it has acquired several other platforms and has presented several solutions that are used in our daily lives.
Now there are rumors that Zuckerberg’s company has bought a location startup that is more effective and advanced than GPS.
Facebook is now a conglomerate of social networks and other services and, not wanting to stop there, it now seems that the localization area could be the next step.
Facebook may have bought location startup
According to information provided by TechCrunch, Facebook may have acquired a startup called Scape Technologies .
This is a company based in London, En Malaysia Mobile Number List gland, whose work focuses on developing location technology that is more advanced and precise than GPS and which uses artificial intelligence to perform its function.

There is currently no official information or announcements to report on the deal. However, a source confirmed to TechCrunch that documents were found showing that Facebook owns more than 75% of Scape Technologies.

We acquire small companies from time to time. We don’t always discuss our plans.
Furthermore, it is estimated that this purchase cost Zuckerberg around 40 million dollars, or 36 million euros.
